By using our services, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:
Warranty: While we strive for high-quality repairs, we do not guarantee the longevity of parts, unless otherwise specified in writing. Any warranties on parts are subject to the manufacturer's terms. Absolutely NO WARRANTY on customer supplied parts. No Exceptions.

🚗 Abandoned Vehicle Policy – Jake’s MotorWorks 5840 S 107th E Ave, Tulsa, OK 74146 📞 918-282-5373 At Jake’s MotorWorks, we’re committed to quality service and clear communication. To keep our operations running smoothly and our lot safe, we have the following policy for vehicles left unclaimed after service: ⏳ Grace Period Vehicles must be picked up within 5 calendar days after service completion or notification of diagnostic results. After this period, the vehicle will be considered abandoned. 💵 Storage Fees After the 5-day grace period, a storage fee of $25.00 per day will be applied until the vehicle is picked up. 📢 Contact & Notification We will make reasonable efforts to contact the owner using the information provided. If there is no response within the grace period, the vehicle may be subject to legal action. ⚖️ Lien & Disposal In accordance with Oklahoma law, abandoned vehicles may be subject to a mechanic’s lien and could be towed, sold, or otherwise disposed of to recover repair, parts, and storage costs.

🚫 Liability Notice Jake’s MotorWorks is not responsible for any damage, theft, or loss to vehicles or personal items left beyond the grace period. By leaving your vehicle in our care, you acknowledge and agree to this policy. Thanks for your understanding and cooperation! Customer Responsibility: Customers are responsible for providing accurate information regarding their vehicle’s issues. Failure to disclose relevant information may result in additional repairs or costs. Authorization: By leaving your vehicle with us, you authorize us to perform the necessary repairs and maintenance as outlined in the work order.
